Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday.
- During holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
As a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our trusted international and local suppliers.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 5–12 Business Days
- Other Regions: 7–15 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 10–20 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delayed Shipments
In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce regulations, customers will be notified if there are significant delays affecting delivery. If a shipment cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, customers may have the right to request cancellation and a refund.
Customs & Import Duties
Most orders are delivered without additional charges. However, if customs duties, taxes, or import fees are applied by Saudi authorities, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their Saudi National Address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
